JMJ Distribution TA Koli Fashion House is an Australian online fashion wholesale platform that trades under 2 brands – BTL & Jatea. Our mission is to provide you with an efficient and satisfactory online wholesale buying experience.
The terms and conditions on this page set out the legal terms that apply to your use of our website, any of its sub-domains and any social media accounts owned and operated by us or on our behalf and the other services that we provide (the “Services”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure you understand them before using the Services.
By accessing or using the Services (including but not limited to the use of our website, email enquiries and order placement), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set out herein regardless of your means of access. By purchasing from us, you are entering a legally binding contract between yourself as a customer and Koli Fashion House.
To provide services to you, we must collect your business, personal and payment information, including your business name, principal place of business, ABN/ACN, contact person’s full name, phone number, e-mail address and any other requested information.

APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in South Australia.
PLACING AN ORDER
Koli Fashion House website operates as a wholesale retailer only. We provide service to you through the website: www.btlthelabel.com (“Website”). To use our services and to make purchase on the Website you will need to register for an account. When you register, you are required to provide information about your business that is truth, accurate, current and complete in all respects. To create an account, simply click on the Customer Registration button and fill in your company details. Please note that you must accept our terms and conditions in order to proceed. Your account request will then be reviewed and approved by Koli Fashion House.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item from our Website under our terms and conditions. When you place an order, you will receive a notification confirming receipt of your order. This notification is only an acknowledgement for information purposes and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract will be formed when we send you a notification confirming that the products have been dispatched.
PAYMENT
To use our Services and to place an order you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard) or Shop Pay. Koli Fashion House reserves the right to cancel orders any time at our own discretion including those considered as fraudulent or non-compliant with these terms and conditions.
ORDER FULFILMENT
Due to high stock turn-over, there may be a case where we cannot fulfil your order. In such a case, our customer care team will be in touch with you as soon as possible to suggest alternative solutions. If you are unsatisfied with substitute style offered, you may cancel your order. In the event of cancellation, we will provide you with a store credit (with an expiry date) or process a refund for the unfulfilled item(s) through your original payment method.
PRE-ORDER
Please note the ETAs appearing on any items available for pre-order are rough estimated dates, JMJ Distribution TA Koli Clothing takes no responsibility if the stock is delivered later than the ETA showing.
In the case of ordering pre-order items as well as stock on hand items; please make sure to place two separate orders if you do not wish to wait for the SOH items to be sent with your pre-order items. If you order pre-order and SOH items in the one order it a=will all be dispatched together.
Pre-orders can be paid for in full or by making a set % partial payment - most likely 10-12%. If you choose to make a partial payment, the remaining pre-order partial payment % will be automatically charged on a date set specified on the product page and/or in your confirmation order email. THIS DATE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE based on when the pre-order stock arrives:
- Earlier if the stock arrived ahead of schedule as a way of ensuring you have access to the products as soon as possible.
- Later if there is a delivery delay from the supplier which is outside of our control.
Shipping for pre-orders will be charged at the following rates:
- 0-4.99kg = $25.00
- 5-14.99kg = $40.00
- 15+kg = $60.00
Any pre-orders when partial payment is made will be charged the full shipping amount with this initial transaction.
There are no refunds for any pre-order purchases (full or partial payment).
ORDER PROCESS AND DISPATCH
All online orders are processed at our Adelaide Warehouse located at 176 Portrush Rd Trinity Gdns,SA 5068. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. once your order has been dispatched, a dispatch confirmation with the delivery tracking number will be issued to you.
Please note that we are no longer responsible for any missed or damaged packages sustained in transit or delays in delivery after your order is dispatched.
DELIVERY
All online deliveries will be facilitated by 3rd party shipping carriers to the address nominated by you at checkout. Please note that you are required to sign for the delivery as we are unable to leave your order unattended or in a safe place.
If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your order will be taken to a post office in your area for you to collect.
HOW PRODUCT APPEARS ONLINE
While we always aim to display as accurately as possible the textures and colours of our products that appear on our Website, product images may appear differently to the factual attributes of the garment depending on your device and display setting. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any textures and colours will be accurate. Please note that we are unable to process return requests due to complaints of slight colour differences between online display and physical garment appearance. We strongly encourage you to read thoroughly product description before placing an order. If you are unsure about colour variation or any details of the garment, please contact our customer care team at hello@btlthelabel.com
PRICING POLICY
All prices shown on the Website are in Australian dollars (AUD $) unless currency has been changed via browser settings on your device. All transactions are made in Australian dollars. If a transaction is not processed in Australian dollars, Koli Fashion House will not be responsible for any exchanges in currency or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.
All prices and offers are listed exclusive of the Australian goods and services tax (“GST”) payable under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 and exclusive of shipping cost. GST and Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout and shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping address and product type.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellation can only be processed in the event where Koli Fashion House is unable to fulfil your order. We do not offer order cancellations due to a change of mind. If you happened to confirm a transaction by accident, please contact our customer service immediately and in any event within 2 hours, failing which the confirmation will be taken to be correct and acted upon.
RETURN POLICY
Koli Fashion House does not accept returns due to a change of mind. You may request a refund or store credit if you believe you have received a faulty product. While we do our best to ensure all products meet quality standards, it may happen that some of them have product faults. If you receive an item in flawed or damaged condition, you may request a refund or store credit within 5 business days from the day your order is delivered, subject to Koli Fashion House’s approval. As such, we strongly advise that you inspect conditions of all items thoroughly upon receipt.
Return requests made beyond 5 business days from which the order is delivered will not be accepted. All return requests are subject to Koli Fashion House’s approval to ensure the items are in the same original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not of a manufacturing fault and/or if the product is deemed to have been damaged under customer care. Please note that we reserve the right to replace or repair faulty products where possible.
For your return request to be approved, faulty items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with labels and swing tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from odour, makeup and stains.
To request a return, please complete the form by clicking here/ or email us on hello@btlthelabel.com and include the following details in your enquiry:
- purchase date,
- order/invoice number,
- style code,
- colour,
- size ratio,
- full description of the garment fault
- item photo with flawed condition, packaging and swing tags visible and readable in the same images.
If the items you wish to return do not meet the criteria above, Kolil Fashion House reserves the right to refuse your return request. We will not be able to process your return if the item photos submitted are inadequate. It is important that you provide us with clear and adequate images as required.
Once your return request has been approved, we will advise instructions on how to return the goods. Any shipping charges for returns will be at your own expense. Returns must be shipped within 14 days after the return request has been approved.
Please note that items cannot be returned to our warehouse or showroom in person, they must be returned to us via post or courier services.
Please make sure to send the items in an appropriately-sized parcel, preferably in the original box. Please include a copy of the tax invoices/packing slip issued to you by Koli Fashion House in the return parcel. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is packed and sealed adequately to avoid any potential damage in transit. If the returned items sustain damage in transit, we will not be able to issue a refund to you. Koli Fashion House shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned.
Please allow 5 business days for us to review and approve the return request. We will notify you by email once your return request has been approved. Please allow at least 7 business days for us to process the refund or issue store credit.
STORE CREDIT
Koli Fashion House will issue a store credit if your return request has been approved or if we are unable to fulfil your order.
Please allow 7 business days for your store credit to be processed. You will receive a notification once your store credit has been issued to your account. You may redeem your store credit by logging into your account on our website. All store credit issued by Koli Fashion House can only be used on our website - www.btlthelabel.com
Store credit is applied towards the payment before any other form of payments. Any excess store credit may be used for subsequent orders depending upon the terms and conditions of the store credit. Any balance remaining on the order after applying the store credit in your account, need to be paid off using other payment methods outlined in the payment methods section above.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You must provide us with correct, up-to-date and complete information to engage with our Services (services including but not limited to the use of our website - www.btlthelabel.com) Such information must include your full name, your store/business name, store address, ABN, your contact details (including email address) and your delivery address. You agree that you may be contacted by our customer care department. You agree that upon creating an account on our website your phone number and email address will be added to our database and you will be receiving marketing materials and promotion alerts via text or email. Please review our Privacy Policy for further information on how your personal information is being used to facilitate our services. Please note, it is solely your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account login details and password on our website. You agree that you hold responsibility for all activities that occur within your account. Should you notice unusual activity within your account, please contact us immediately. We strongly encourage you to change your account password regularly. Please note, Koli Fashion House reserves the right to refuse you access to Our Website at our sole discretion.
YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
You confirm that the email used to create your account does not interfere with the rights of any third party and has not been used for any unlawful purposes. Koli Fashion House reserves the right to suspend accounts linked to the email addresses we believe are interfering with the rights of any third party or being used for any unlawful purposes. That being the case, you agree to indemnify us for any claim or demand that may arise at your end/out of your selection.
By engaging with our Services, you agree that you will not raise any claim or seek compensation against Koli Fashion House in the event that we are ordered or required by a court or judicial authority, to cease from using or permitting the use of a particular domain name as part of a name or email address.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Koli Fashion House and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Services and Website to the full extent permitted at law.
INDEMNITY
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Website and our Services you indemnify and hold harmless Koli Fashion House and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Website or your violation of these terms and conditions.
SHIPPING POLICY
AUSTRALIA – DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer Australia-wide delivery of goods via a multi-carrier shipping service. Using a multi-carrier service allows us to find the fastest and cheapest delivery for each order. We do not offer international shipping at this stage.
DELIVERY TIMES
Dispatch time for all orders is 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.
Once the order is dispatched from our Adelaide warehouse, delivery will take 1-3 business days for metro areas, 2-7 business days for regional areas and 2-9 business days for interstate delivery. Please note we do not offer same-day delivery.
COST CALCULATION
The delivery cost is calculated on the total weight of your cart and the delivery destination. Delivery cost will be displayed at the checkout.
PARCEL TRACKING
You will receive an email with shipping information and tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note, you may receive this communication in the junk folder of your email platform. SIGNATURE REQUIRED
To ensure the security of your order a signature is required when a delivery is made. We do not offer an option to leave your delivery unsigned or unattended.
